SERVICES

Chiropractic
Treatment

Chiropractic care can be highly effective for treating new, recurring, or persistent back and neck pain, with or without radiating symptoms. It may also help with certain types of headaches, such as tension or cervicogenic headaches.

Chiropractors are best known for treating the spine, but they also address nerve, muscle, and joint issues throughout the body. Care is conservative, noninvasive, and patient centered.

Sports
Chiropractic

Sports chiropractic can be effective for managing injuries, improving mobility, and supporting performance and recovery in athletes and active individuals.

Diplomates of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (DACBSPs) are trained in treating joint, muscle, and nerve issues using joint manipulation, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation, and physiotherapy techniques.

The American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (ACBSP) certifies CCSPs and promotes high standards of clinical excellence in sports medicine. Sports chiropractic is not limited to athletes and can benefit anyone with physical demands.

McKenzie
Method

The McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) is a system of care emphasizing patient empowerment and self-treatment.

This approach to diagnosis and therapy applies to acute and chronic conditions of the spine and the extremities. MDT is an active patient treatment style that emphasizes physical activity and encourages patients to be in control of their own care.

Rehab & Physiotherapy

Therapeutic exercise helps restore strength, mobility, and function as pain subsides. It supports recovery and helps reduce future injury, whether for daily activities, work, or sports.

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) design safe, effective programs to improve athletic performance and reduce injury risk. Their expertise ensures exercise is tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

Rehabilitation plays a vital role in recovery from surgery or injury, helping patients regain full function and return to their daily activities or sport.
